Who tf is that guy

The stars of what should be one of the UFC's greatest ever cards were in New York for a press conference last night. After initially looking like it could be a disappointment like UFC 200, the UFC 205 card rapidly took shape over the last week.

Towards the end of the press conference, Conor McGregor - who was the subject of maybe 60% of questions - was asked of all those fighters present at the media event, who would be the toughest opponent for him.

Before McGregor could respond, Jeremy Stephens, who fights Frankie Edgar on November 12th, piped up to offer himself as the answer.

Right here - the hardest hitting 145-pound, the real hardest hitting 145er right here.

This guy TKOs people. When I knock people out, they don't fucking move.

McGregor's response drew cries of laughter from the crowd.

It's worth taking a closer look at McGregor's demeanour as Stephens is speaking.

After the press conference Stephens claimed he was unable to hear what McGregor had said at the presser. That was despite giving an immediate response of 'You know damn well who I am' to the Irishman's 'Who the fuck is that guy?' line.

A real person associated with some of the greatest rock bands

This special documented the life of Michael Alago, a former manager, a die hard rock and metal fanatic, how he rose to the ranks through hard work, perseverance, grit. For me this is a well-made docu, and even though it also touched on the topics of his sexual orientation, escapades, drugs and sex, rock & roll wheel, what is clear is his passion for music. The narrative provided by some members of Metallica, Pantera and some rockers who became his life-long friends is proof that real people can still be found in the cutthroat music industry. From the highs to the lows, and that overcoming drug addiction is a painful battle as attested by James Hetfield, Phil Anselmo and co. Now substance cleared and with HIV under control, Michael is presently busy with photography. An iconoclast of a survivor who has great instinct for music.
