Among them: Francisco Morales, Johan Rojas and Jhailyn Ortiz. Rojas has to be added to the 40-man roster this winter. Team officials are still bullish on Morales as a reliever but believe he needs more time to adapt to the role. Carlos De La Cruz, a hulking outfielder who has hit well at Double A, is going to Arizona too. 2 In the graphic below, ESPN explains how it's handling the upcoming overlapping "Monday Night Football" doubleheader on its various related platforms. 0 On Monday, the Sixers made the Montrezl Harrell signing official. 4 Seranthony Domínguez, who was activated Sunday, will be used as the closer. But he probably will not pitch on back-to-back days, at least not this week. Rob Thomson said the Phillies will be careful with his usage. 1 DETROIT — Eagles inactives vs. Lions:Ian BookReed BlankenshipTrey SermonJosh SillsTarron JacksonGrant Calcaterra...Surprised by Blankenship. Figured they'd try to develop him into a core special teams player. Not surprised by Calcaterra after the Eagles elevated Noah Togiai, who can help on special teams and as TE3. 1 Furkan Korkmaz scored 18 points, but he lost the ball on a key late possession as Turkey fell to France by a score of 87-86 in the EuroBasket Round of 16. With Turkey's loss, there are no more Sixers playing in the tournament. 1 |
