What channel is Bengals game on?

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals meet in a Week 1 division battle to start the 2022 NFL season. The game will be played at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is set for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday, September 11th. Fans can tune into the broadcast on CBS.

The Steelers are coming off a 9-7-1 season in 2021, and will be without long-time franchise quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for the first time in 19 years. Mitch Trubisky takes the job under center, and will go up against the defending AFC Champions in a daunting matchup. Head coach Mike Tomlin looks for his third-straight winning season.

The Bengals clearly have the highest of expectations following a brilliant campaign and playoff run. They should once again be among the league’s best passing offenses, led by Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd.

Looking for the best way to watch the Cincinnati Bengals next season? We’re here to help. We’re taking a look at all of the live TV streaming options to find the top services that will provide you with access to Bengals games. Here’s what you need to know before signing up.

What Channels Show Cincinnati Bengals Games?

Through the regular season, viewers can catch most games live with ESPN, FOX, NBC, CBS, and the NFL Network.

Most Bengals games are broadcast on either CBS or FOX. These games are mostly regional broadcasts that air on CBS and FOX local affiliates. These games are easy to watch for people who live in the Bengals market. All you need to tune in is a digital TV antenna, which you should be able to purchase for less than $50 at a local retailer.

If you live outside of the Bengals market, these channels will be harder to find on a streaming service. Although many streaming services, including most of the ones we profiled here, have a local channel feature, the local channels you can watch depend on your location. You only have access to the local channels that are broadcast in your region, not those broadcast in other regions.

Aside from the regional broadcasts, the Bengals play a handful of nationally televised games each season. These games are much easier to watch on streaming services. If you want to catch the national games the Bengals play next season, the only other network you’ll need besides CBS and FOX is the NFL Network, which is widely available to stream on a number of options.

While no live streaming service will give you access to all of the Cincinnati Bengals games if you live outside of their market, there are some streaming services that are a better fit for live sports streaming than others. Let’s walk through the pricing and details of top live TV streaming services to give you an idea of what to expect if you sign up for a subscription.

What channel is Bengals game on?

The Bengals are going to continue to move down the quarterback depth chart.

Joe Burrow has returned to practices following his appendectomy, but he is still not expected to play in any preseason games for Cincinnati. Then during the first preseason game against the Cardinals, Brandon Allen was injured with a concussion and had to leave the game.

In the second preseason matchup of the season, it could be a clash of Jake Browning vs. Daniel Jones, at least for a little bit before the Giants turn to other backups at quarterback.

Jones attempted 10 passes, completing six, for 69 yards with no touchdowns in the Giants' 23-21 win against the Patriots. Tyrod Taylor and Davis Webb saw most of the action under center.

A pair of receivers could be names to watch for the two teams. Collin Johnson had a big game for the Giants, catching seven passes for 82 yards as he tires to continue to solidify a spot on the team's receiver depth chart. Bengals rookie Kendric Pryor led Cincinnati with 89 receiving yards and a touchdown on four receptions. The team needs a fourth receiver in the depth chart, and he could be the answer behind Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd.

Here's everything to know about the NFL Week 2 preseason game between the Bengals and the Giants, including the start time and TV schedule for the preseason.
