How to play a gamecube game on wii

I recently hacked my Wii, and I have Homebrew and USB Loader GX, and I can use USB Loader GX to load backups of Wii games, but for some reason I cannot open GameCube games. I have a Mac and I am using Witgui to transfer ISOs of games from my Mac to a WBFS formatted USB Drive, which I then put into my Wii. This process works for Wii games, but I used Witgui to transfer some GameCube games and they don't work. How can I play these GameCube games on my Wii?

USE NINTENDONT HOMEBREW. It works without any ios mods, and it supports ps3 and other controls and lot more.

Thanks, I wil try it. It looks a bit complicated to install (?) Are there any other ways to play GameCube games?

Complicated? Is not really, is basically a homebrew, load homebrew channel, and then load the homebrew, change settings to the way you like, load a game iso and you done. Is simple and can use from USB or SD, it takes less than 1 minute to get a game working and it works with wii classic controller, wii u pro controller, ps3 controller (maybe ps4) and some other HID controller. Imagine super smash bros with arcade fight stick, or capcom vs snk 2

It's also one of the popular ways to play Game cube on wii u and i use it and works well. You can also make it work with cheat codes, or the Wiiflow usb loader homebrew. Smash bros melee debug menu is always fun to mess with.

"WBFS formatted USB Drive" This is an issue - WBFS works for Wii games, but Gamecube games will only run off of FAT32 formatted USB drives or SD cards. If the games are on a FAT32 drive, Nintendont seems to be the best option, and it's fully integrated into USB Loader GX (check the settings menu in USB Loader GX and you'll find the Nintendont settings).

After you install nintendont and check the USB Loader GX settings, the games should show up alongside your Wii games.

I know this is old, ive just thought about updating my wii u and you just answered first part of my question. years ago i modded my wii u and did v wii but couldnt remember what format gc had to be or even how to read the gc hdd (that part you answered). am i right in thinking the format had to be something like GAME NAME (FOLDER)/GAME.iso

Ive also dusted my PS2 off, got myself a HDD adapter, loading up with games, but no idea how to add the cheat codes (but ill try keep searching for that bit)

Hello.

For the GameCube Games as you said : Folder --> Resident Evil 0 US [GBZE08] and into the two Disc ISO´s named --> game.iso and disc2.iso.

For the PlayStaton 2 HDD --> please search for the Codebreaker 9.2 elf patched Version for HDD.

Thank you.
