The Cincinnati Bengals finally get to unveil their all white jerseys complete with the white striped helmet. While the Bengals will be looking good, the Miami Dolphins come to Paycor Stadium playing some of the best football of any team. The Dolphins are one of two undefeated teams left in the NFL, but can the Bengals stop them in their tracks?

Cincinnati finally got their first win last week against the New York Jets. Overall, it was a nice confidence building game where we saw plenty of good from the passing game and the defense. One of the biggest weaknesses remains a running game that can’t seem to walk in stride with its aerial counterpart.

Meanwhile, Miami is coming off the biggest and most meaningful win for its franchise in quite some time. They defeated Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills last week in a surprisingly low scoring affair.

All eyes will be on quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s recovery from an injury sustained Sunday with only a short week to recover. While Tagoviloa has shown considerate improvement, that progress has been aided by the addition of Tyreek Hill to go along with Jaylen Waddle.

Hill and the Bengals’ defense have history going back to the AFC Championship game last season when he was still a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. Cornerback Eli Apple wasn’t shy about letting him know that they shut him down, which included Apple making a crucial stop before halftime that took away points for Kansas City. Hill has already issued his acknowledgment of trying to get back at the corner, but we will have to see how well that plays out in primetime.

Week 4 of the 2022 NFL season is set to begin with a matchup of one of the AFC's most exciting teams from this season and its biggest surprise from last season.

The 1-2 Bengals are playing host to the 3-0 Dolphins on "Thursday Night Football" in a matchup that pits two of the NFL's youngest coaches against one another. Bengals boss Zac Taylor, 39, will get his first crack at Miami's rookie head coach Mike McDaniel, also 39, in what should be a tightly contested battle.

Cincinnati has started the season slower than many expected, as it lost to the Steelers and Cowboys out of the gate before earning its first win over the Jets in Week 3. Part of the issue is that the team's new-look offensive line hasn't yet come together, so Joe Burrow has still been under pressure a lot. He is on pace to be sacked 85 times, and Miami will look to get after him early and often.

As for the Dolphins, the addition of Tyreek Hill and McDaniel's offensive system has jumpstarted the team's passing game. Tua Tagovailoa enters Week 4 with 925 passing yards, second-most in the NFL behind only Josh Allen, while Hill and Jaylen Waddle rank second and third respectively in receiving yards.

Both Cincinnati and Miami have strong offenses. Could this game be a shootout, or will a short week after important wins lead to more of a defensive struggle than most NFL fans are expecting? Soon, we'll find out.

  • Time: 8:15 p.m. ET

The Bengals vs. Dolphins game will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET on Thursday night. That is the same time that every "Thursday Night Football" game on Amazon is set to begin in 2022.

Both Cincinnati and Miami are in the Eastern time zone, so the local kickoff time in those cities will be at 8:15 p.m. ET.

What channel is Thursday Night Football on tonight?

  • TV channel (Miami):  WSFL (Channel 39)
  • TV channel (Cincinnati): WCPO (Channel 9)
  • Live stream: Amazon Prime Video | DAZN (in Canada)

Amazon Prime Video is the official home of "Thursday Night Football" for the foreseeable future. The streaming service signed an 11-year agreement with the NFL to broadcast Thursday night games, so national viewers will have to have an Amazon Prime subscription to watch those contests for the next decade.

NFL schedule Week 4

Bengals vs. Dolphins will be a good way to kickstart NFL Week 4, as it will be one of the most interesting games of the week. There are plenty of other intriguing games in Week 4, too, and that includes the NFL's first overseas game of the 2022 season.

The Vikings and Saints will travel to England for the NFL's first London game of the 2022 NFL season. Minnesota is off to a 2-1 start while New Orleans is 1-2; each is dealing with a key injury on offense, as Vikings running back Dalvin Cook is day-to-day with a shoulder problem while Saints receiver Michael Thomas suffered a foot injury against the Panthers.

After that, NFL fans will be treated to two, good-looking prime-time games. The first on "Sunday Night Football" will be a rematch of Super Bowl 55 between the Chiefs and Buccaneers. Tom Brady and Tampa Bay throttled Patrick Mahomes and Co. 31-9 in that game, so Kansas City will be out for revenge.

Meanwhile, "Monday Night Football" will feature an NFC championship game rematch between the Rams and 49ers. Los Angeles has started the season 2-1 after winning the Super Bowl while the 49ers sit at 1-2 and will have Jimmy Garoppolo make his second 2022 start in place of the injured Trey Lance.

Another standout game on the Week 4 slate will be the Bills vs. Ravens game at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson are both playing at an MVP level, and this head-to-head matchup will help determine where each ranks in the early-season race for the award.
