How to invite to ceo gta 5

I have looked everywhere in the menus and on phone and I can’t seem to find how to invite an associate??? I have a crew with a few friends still. Can’t even remember how to form a party. Pretty bad. I haven’t played since 360 and I’m learning pretty quick with what’s new. So I’m a CEO and I want to invite friends to be an associate. I’ve only done a few box runs and haven’t sold anything yet. What am I missing as far as having friends invited to be associates? Same for all the missions like the hanger and bunker ect. Right?

Please any help would be awesome.
